Mazon Group kindly requests, that you thoroughly inspect your delivered goods to confirm that they precisely match your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. Claims related to damages or order discrepancies cannot be processed after this period.
Mattresses, once used, cannot be returned. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your mattress selection before opening the product packaging.
Mazon Group does not allow change of mind returns for beds and furniture. If you receive a product that is fault, please contact Mazon customer service team HERE or on 09 439 2243, and they’ll be able to assist you.
Unfortunately, Mazon Group is not able to exchange items, but will happily provide you with refund for the purchase price of the item, as long as the item(s) are in their original packaging.
